In early 2021, a devoted group of Gaia Home visionaries, with support from the Rockstad Foundation, went to the North Dakota Legislature with the goal of creating a new chapter in the State’s Century Code to allow a licensure of residential end-of-life facilities and to request the Department of Health to adopt administrative rules for future facilities. The following video was created to educate lawmakers and the public about why facilities like Gaia Home would be different than the existing options and who would benefit from Gaia Home for end-of-life care.
